As grant writing and development specialists, we help not-for-profit organizations navigate through the process of researching, writing, and managing grants as well as non-profit development (donor-based fundraising) skills. Our primary goal is to train dedicated volunteers and board members for 501(c)3 non-profit organizations who do not have full-time grant and development staff so that they can continue to win grants and fundraise successfully. Training events typically take the form of one-to-two day seminars coupled with seasonal oversight of organizational grant and/or development departments. ProVision is also able to provide short-term (seasonal) oversight of your fundraising departments or continue as the long-term (perpetual) grant/development arm of your organization.
